How much fees do you charge charities?
There are no platform fees for charities to join and we only deduct the small transaction fee charged by the third-party (1.5% + 20p).
Our design, development and marketing budget is covered by ourselves and we rely on the generosity of people who donate on the platform to leave a voluntary contribution, which helps us to cover the costs of running and improving our platform.
